Welcome to Asher Video - a series of guided yoga practices that will guide you on your yoga journey.
I am grateful and humble to be able to share my love of yoga with you guys, seeing so many beautiful souls join me on the mat and allowing me to guide you through your practice, but if you’re not able to come to one of my classes, then I wanted to bring my classes to you.
From guided meditation, vinyasa flow to yummy yin, I will take you through your yoga practice step by step, giving you the opportunity to experience my love of yoga in the comfort of your own home! Each video will help you improve your inner strength and core flexibility, be more mindful in your everyday life, bring peace to your mind, body and soul and ultimately, help you become a better version of you.
So grab your mat, a brick, a block and a bolster (or just a cushion off your sofa is just as good!) and let me guide you through your practice.
